Long form consultation covering your complete health history. Here we delve deep into your current sleep routine, diet, eating and cooking habits, weekly exercise and movement regime, supplement protocols, rest and relaxation techniques, lifestyle choices and potential functional pathology tests. This makes up the core elements of your new health program.
60 minute consultation – $125
Holistic health program included for an additional $250
Nutritional Consultation
Long form consultation covering your complete health history cooking and eating habits, supplements, possible functional GUT pathology tests, goals and aspirations and addressing blocks and sticking points.
At an additional cost a new personalised nutrition plan and a follow up call are included.
